Transformation of nursing practice for our ever changing and dynamic health system requires a fundamental re-conceptualization of nursing education.

KCON is managed by a team of four highly qualified and visionary trustees who are dedicated to the institution's growth and development. They have invested their personal resources to provide quality education to underprivileged students. President – Dr. Renubala Panda (M.A(home Science). MBA(HR), Ph.D.) A seasoned educationist with over 30 years of experience, Dr. Panda serves as a Lady Mobiliser under National Coperative Union of India . She has participated in numerous national and international conferences and has organized several training programs for the public and healthcare staff. Her contributions have earned her multiple prestigious awards.
